Welcome to the ASLA Speaker Resource Center

The Speaker Resource Center is a touchdown space where speakers will complete required ACTION ITEMS in preparation for the conference. You can also find important information for speaker preparations.

All presenters are currently required to complete the following:

1. Review your personal data and session information.
2. Review and accept the Speakers Terms and Conditions
3. Review and acknowledge the Hotel Reimbursement Policy

To access your session(s) and complete your required tasks,

1. Log in
2. Click on the "Presentation List" button on the left-hand navigation bar to see the title(s) of your sessions(s) displayed on the center panel.
3. Click on a session title.
4. Within this section, you will see a bar that runs along the top center panel with 5 tabs that denote the 5 action items to be completed:

Tab 1 - Personal Details (for your reference – no action required)
Tab 2 - Session Details (for your reference – no action required)
Tab 3 - Terms and Conditions Acceptance (Review and Accept by May 18)
Tab 4 - Hotel Reimbursement Policy Acknowledgement (Review and Accept by May 18)
Tab 5 - Session Handout Upload (Complete by October 6 - ONE handout per session)

NOTE: if you are in multiple sessions, steps 2 through 4 are required for ONE session only.
